Riding on the current Pokemon Fever, this year’s theme for our Children’s Day Carnival was, “Gotta Catch Them All”.
Pupils enjoyed themselves at the various games booths which required the use of Pokeballs. The Mega Bouncy Castle was a hit especially with the older pupils. There was of course, the usual rope-skipping challenge which was the highlight of the day.
Dressed as Pikachu and Rilakkuma mascots, our Parent Support Group (PSG) volunteers got the pupils so excited that they could not stop taking ‘wefies’ with their favourite characters. Even the teachers were seen taking photographs with these mascots.
At the Food Fair, pupils were treated to an unlimited supply of candy floss, ice cream and popcorn.
Another great treat for the pupils this year was the Photo Booth. Pupils had their photographs printed out immediately and were thrilled to be able to bring home their momento of a day well spent, being the children that they should be.
Their homework for the day? None !
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our ever supportive and committed PSG members. Their love and generosity have touched us all.
